Azalea City Harmony (ACH) was founded in 1963 as a women’s a cappella chorus in Mobile, Alabama, and is recognized for reaching 52 years as a Sweet Adelines International chapter. We have sing-outs throughout the year at music festivals and holiday parties, and compete in the annual Sweet Adeline’s regional competition. Our ladies are a diverse group with a wide range of ages. We have a lot of fun, and love getting together to blend our voices in harmony and ringing chords.
Come Sing With Us!
ACH is always looking for new sisters to sing with us. If you can carry a tune, we can teach you the rest. You don’t have to know which part you are, just come to rehearsal and we’ll find the best spot for you. We invite anyone interested in joining ACH to come to one of our rehearsals held on most Tuesday nights at 7:00 PM at Regency Church of Christ. ACH belongs to Region 10 Great Gulf Coast Region 10 which is a member of Sweet Adelines International, encompassing chapters in portions of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Sweet Adelines International is a highly respected worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony through education, performance and competition. This independent, nonprofit music education association is one of the world’s largest singing organizations for women, boasting nearly 22,000 members!

Region 10 Chorus Competition – We’re Baaack!
Azalea City last competed in the Region 10 Chorus Competition in Houston in April 2019. We had a blast and our director shined as the Blue Fairy! We are looking forward to being back in Houston on March 25, 2023, to compete again in the Region 10 Chorus Competition. Wish us luck!
